A food event held at Plaza Singapura in November 2011 to promote and introduce French gastronomy to locals.  This is not just a fair where products are sold, but also an educational experience where vendors would share and teach one how to appreciate French food.  Fine food on sale by Aequitas includes macaroons, jam, olive oil and fine breads.

Singapore Island Country Club recently organized an event to help their pastry team to develop some new recipes and techniques of baking artisan bread.

A celebrated master baker from Germany, Chef Clemens Barkhorn was invited to demonstrate the art of baking traditional German breads.  By his side, is Angliss’ Pastry Chef, Glenn Poh, who is honoured to be there to help out with the demonstration, share his knowledge and provide the necessary bread mixes.
