With his wealth of knowledge pertaining to food acquired from working in numerous established restaurants and hotels like Marina Mandarin, Chef Elvin has since developed his own fusion style of cooking. With his real adoration for food, Chef Elvin is constantly in search for the latest culinary inspirations through his travels round the world.
His out-of-the-box recipes and unique point of view is what helped Chef Elvin masterfully blend Asian and Western ingredients and techniques to create exquisite and refined contemporary dishes. With a knack for Italian cuisine and pastry, Chef Elvin has since showcased this skill on various occasions, garnering numerous awards in various competitions as well as serving esteemed politicians and dignitaries such as Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Former President Tony Tan, and the late President S.R. Nathan and late Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew at the Istana.
