WGS The Discovery Brunch is yet another dazzling occasion organized by the World Gourmet Summit, gathering the best in the Food and Beverage industry for one of the biggest gourmet parties of the year. Under the theme of “Discovery”, Tamarind Hill’s historic architecture was a perfect fit to host this year’s extravagant brunch party.
Guests had the opportunity rub shoulders with influential chefs and personalities whilst sampling WGS-exclusive gastronomic cuisines and crafted beverages dished out by various Food and Beverage establishments such as Salted and Hung, Morsels and the Song of India. Angliss Singapore is proud to be one of the main sponsors of the ingredients featured in the all cuisines served during the event.
Cuisine sampling was not all that took place at the event. With die-hard foodies and industry experts gathered at this brunch, it was a great melting pot of different information about the latest food trends and product types that could be shared. Angliss had the delight of sharing with esteemed guests our latest product additions such as cooking oil products from our new partnership with Bunge FarmOrigin, fresh seafood from new in-house brand “DelicaSea”, as well as a popular international meat brands – National Beef and Hershell’s.
All in all, it was one fun-filled, gastronomical Brunch affair!
