Internationally renowned one Michelin-starred Masterchef Salvatore Bianco together with the city’s four leading Italian chefs, Chef Marco Manocchio from Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, Chef Yohhei Sasaki from il Cielo, Hilton Singapore, Chef Antonio Cocozza from Grissini, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel and Chef Carlo Marengoni from The Lighthouse Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore collaborated on a special menu just for the evening.
